味噌汁で始まる朝

頭と内臓を取った煮干しと水をペットボトルに入れて一晩。
翌朝は鍋に注いで火にかけ具材と味噌を溶くだけ。
日本人が伝えてきた食の知恵に感謝です。

1.making dashi broth is so easy
Just soak dry sardine in water one night
2.put dashi broth into pan and heat it
3.just before coming boil 
add ingredients as your choise
this morning we selected green leaves ,bean curd aburaage
and enoki mushroom
4.after tuning out fire add bean paste miso
5.say Itadakimasu It is super easy right!
